This product adopts advanced biomass-based coating technology and food-grade paper, containing no fluorides, plastic lamination or acrylic components at all. Derived from natural renewable resources, the coating features low-carbon and pollution-free production, ensuring safe food contact. With excellent water-proof, oil-proof and heat-sealing performance, this product can meet the requirements of heat-sealing and bag-making by packaging machines and is suitable for microwave ovens. After use, it can be home compostable and degradable, decomposing naturally into carbon dioxide and water to achieve a green cycle throughout the entire life cycle.

This product adopts advanced biomass-based coating technology and food-grade cardboard, free of fluorides and other harmful components. The coating is derived from natural renewable resources, with low-carbon and pollution-free production, ensuring safe food contact. It has excellent oxygen barrier, heat-sealing, water-proof and oil-proof properties: it preserves freshness by blocking oxygen with an oxygen transmission rate less than 3, has a temperature resistance of -40℃ to 220℃, can be used in microwave ovens without microplastic release, making it the preferred sustainable packaging for catering. It is home compostable and degradable, green and residue-free throughout its entire life cycle.

Made from natural plant renewable raw materials such as bagasse, bamboo pulp and biomass coatings through physical processes including pulping, molding and spraying, this product contains no plastic additives, leaves no harmful residues during production, reduces forestry consumption and promotes the recycling of agricultural waste. Its dense fiber structure combined with food-grade biomass coating provides oil, water and leakage resistance; it is degradable and recyclable, with a temperature resistance of -20℃ to 120℃, supporting freezing and microwave heating, and suitable for multiple scenarios such as prepared dishes and food delivery.
