LAMINATING MACHINE

Laminating is also known as compounding or coating. It is used to coat a layer of extruded film on the surface of paper, plastic, cloth, aluminum foil and other substrates. The plastic (such as PE, PP, EVA, etc.) is melted by hot melt laminating and then evenly coated on the surface of the substrate to form a thin film, thus giving the substrate waterproof, oil-proof and wear-resistant properties.

MDO/TDO FILM STRETCHING MACHINE

It is a specialized equipment used for producing high-performance films. By subjecting the film material to uniaxial stretching (usually longitudinal) or biaxial stretching (usually both longitudinal and transverse) under specific temperature and tension conditions, it alters the molecular arrangement of the film, thereby enhancing its physical properties and optical characteristics.

CASTING MACHINE

Cast film machines are mainly used for producing films, including PP/PE/PVC cast film production lines, TPU/TPE/TPX/POE/EVA elastomer film production lines, CPP/CPE co-extrusion film production lines and protective film equipment, as well as PLA/PBAT/PVA biodegradable material cast film production lines.
