CUSTOMIZED HEAT TRANSFER FILM

Heat Transfer is a printing technical, the printing material coated one by one on a PET film and by heat and pressure, the image will be transferred to the surface of the items as decoration. The patterns can be multi-color, vivid with good performance, various effects available which is also applicable to a wide range of materials like plastic, steel, wood and glass. It's a good choice for the surface decoration of mass production items.

HEAT TRANSFER MACHINE

Heat transfer machine works together with heat transfer film, with heat and pressure, it helps the patterns to peel off from the PET film and stick on the surface of the items.
This machine is the most popular standard machine, it's multi-function works for both round and flat surface items with a printing area limit of 30 cm.
Small in size, easy to handle, less investment and fast speed.

CUSTOMIZED IN MOULD LABEL (IML)

In mould label (IML) combine the printing and injection together, put the printed label in the mold of the item, with the heat and pressure, the decoration and production complete in the same process.
