CS01 ONE WAY VALVE WITH FILTER

The coffee degassing valve CS01 with filter mainly for the ground coffee,coffee valve solved the problem and gives many roasters the opportunity to roast and package fresh coffee immediately. Fresh roasted coffee naturally gives off large amounts of CO2 (gas). The coffee valve naturally released CO2 creates an overpressure in packages and it must be released from a package by the coffee valve.
As a result, roasters extend distribution of fresh coffee and expand into markets previously outside their geographic scope.

This product is ideal for one-way degassing valve sticking pressure. It not only use for installing the coffee valve into the coffee package,but also can use for installing the degassing valve into PE Bag,eg: Food Package,Pet Food Package(Horse Feed,Potato Powder Feed).
The machine need to run with a small air compressor,which up to 0.3mbar.

CSM02--SEMI-AUTOMATIC VALVE APPLICATOR MACHINE

CSM02 can transmit the one way degassing valve automatic which can imrpove the speed of installing the valves.
CSM02 is ideal for one way degassing valve installing into the flexible packaging. It mainly used for installing one way degassing valve into all kinds of flexible packaging bag,eg: Food Package,Pet Food Package(Horse Feed,Potato Powder Feed).
The machine need to run with a small air compressor,which more than 0.3HP.
